Optdiag converts a valid table value from a bigdatetime or bigtime datatype column into an incorrect value shown in the histogram statistics output.
For example, a bigdatetime column has a correct value of:
Apr 3 2013 1:56:56.638160PM
For the corresponding value in the histogram as displayed by optdiag, this is shown as:
"May 17 2050 6:20:59:576PM"
