1869951 - Scoping Question for Lot-Sizing Method is Disabled in Business Configuration

Unable to scope the scoping question "You use the lot-for-lot lot-sizing method for products with specifications" in Business Configuration.

SAP Business Bydesign

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Implementation Project view.
3. Choose the implementation project and select Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to Questions section.
5. Select Supply Chain Planning and Control.
6. Choose Supply Planning and select Material Planning.
7. The question "You use the lot-for-lot lot-sizing method for products with specifications" is disabled and non-editable.

The Scoping sub element "Sell Specified Products" is not checked in the implementation project.

Scoping "Sell Specified Products" automatically enables the question "You use the lot-for-lot lot-sizing method for products with specifications".

Follow the below steps to enable "Sell Specified Products" sub element in implementation project,

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center
2. Go to Implementation Project view.
3. Choose the implementation project and select Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to Scoping section.
5. Select Sales and choose Product and Service Portfolio for Sales.
6. Enable the sub element Sell Specified Products.
7. Go to Questions section.
8. Select Supply Chain Planning and Control.
9. Choose Supply Planning and select Material Planning.
10. The question "You use the lot-for-lot lot-sizing method for products with specifications" is now enabled.
