Symptom

  • "The print job failed. Value does not fall within the expected range." is displayed on Finance web when printing packages
  • Print failure is occurred when printing multiple packages with an option "Generate one PDF file only containing all the printed packages"
  • "The parameter is incorrect." message is logged in CtServer log file
