1870269 - Infopackage error RSM033: Data target not loadable

Symptom

When opening or executing an infopackage, the following error messages occured:

"Data target 'xxx' removed from list of loadable targets; not loadable."
Message no. RSM 033

"Data target 'xxx' is not active or is incorrect; no loading allowed."
Message no. RSM 036

However, the data target xxx is not found in the infopackage.
