Symptom

  • The Oracle repository connection is inactive in CMC.
  • Clicking Test Connection button gives 'Failed to connect to repository' error.
  • When clicking Save Connection it throws the following error:

com.businessobjects.webutil.clientaction.ClientActionException: Repo Connection Failed
