1870974 - IS-H: In NA30N message N6 487 - Basic medical documentation status: & - raised while billing outpatient case

You have an inpatient case with a special medical status different to the initial status and process a case revision from inpatient to outpatient.

Symptom 1:
When you start transaction NP61 for the outpatient case you still see the status of the inpatient case even if for outpatient cases no status profile is assigned in the customizing.

Symptom 2:
When you want to bill the outpatient case in transaction NA30N you receive the following messages

• N6 487 Basic medical documentation status: &
• N6 485 Business transaction '&1' is not supported

• IS-H - Industry Solution Hospital / Branchenkomponente Hospital

• all releases / releaseunabhängig
