1871307 - Chrome type reverts to "Title only" when trying to change it after adding a IOMS webbpart

When a SAP Business Objects IOMS webpart is added in the site, under Web Part Properties of the webpart, if Chrome type is changed to "Border Only" or any other type other than "Title Only" and saved, it reverts to "Title Only".

• Sharepoint 2010

1. Add any IOMS web part on the Sharepoint page.
2. For example , add the IOMS-Xcelsius Viewer Web Part
3. Edit web part properties
4. Set the Chrome type to "Border Only"
5. After saving to "Border Only", it reverts to "Title Only" once the web part is edited again.
