1871432 - Unable to delete RFC entries from a deleted client ("mandt")

Symptom

There are pending RFC entries at the transaction SMQ1 or SMQ2 related to a client that does not exist at the system anymore.
There is a need to delete such entries. When trying to delete these, error message "This transaction can only be executed in client XXX" is shown.

For example: logged on to client 100, and tried to delete RFC queues/entries related to the client 200. The received error message is "This transaction cannot be executed in client 100". The client 200 was deleted, thus it is not possible to logon to it anymore.
