1871649 - BI 4 : Error when opening Webi report "SDK - failed to get document output file (Error: RWI 00314)"

Symptom

"SDK - Failed to get document output file (Error: RWI 00314)" Error can occur when viewing a Webi report in BI Launchpad using DHTML (Web) viewer.  This occurs when opening a report that contains many tabs and often occurs when using Websphere and/or other application servers.

Application Server logs (Standard Out or Standard Error logs) May show a similar output as the one below.  Note that this stack is truncated as it was over 1000 lines long.
