1871687 - Cannot connect to the license server. Error -15,570 - SAP PowerDesigner

Symptom

  • Cannot connect to license server system.
  • FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,570.
  • Cannot obtain license with new parameters. The old parameters will be restored.
  • The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet.
  • Customer uses Standalone Seated Licenses instead of Floating License.
