1871882 - SAP BI Mobile App Authentication password reset

Symptom

  • After setting a user's password and using the 'Must Change Password at next login' setting the SAP BI Mobile app does not prompt the user to change the password and shows the user as disabled when logging in.
  • Error "The user account has been disabled. (FWB 00012)" is displayed in SAP BI Mobile App.
