1872076 - LCM CTS+ import requests fail to finish when hot backup is disabled

• After configuring CTS+ with BI 4.0 landscape (Life cycle manager / LCM ) as per this link
• LCM CTS+ import requests (in solman) keep running when hot backup is disabled on the BI4 Target system
• This issue is noticeable only in CTS+ (solman) as the import request keeps spinning or running and ends in a timeout.
• Within the BI4 Target system, an LCM job gets created - but remains in “created” state and never runs.
• While the CTS+ request ends in a timeout, the only errors seen are within LCM are as seen below
• The file mentioned in the error typically does not get created in the said input File repository FRS directory
• Here is a more descriptive error typically seen in the Event Viewer logs (FRS or Fileserver), CMC logs and the BI4 server logs when the issue occurs :
