Symptom

When in transaction NMM1 you save a material requisition containing materials without material master data you receive the following or similar messages.
As a consequence some material items are marked with a yellow flash icon when you access transaction NMM1 the next time.

  • BAPI 001 No instance of object type PurchaseRequisition has been created. External reference : # 1
  • ME 083 Enter Valuation Price.
