1872616 - PA-PD: Appraisal body is blank when launching in MSS/ESS, only the appraisal header information is displayed

Symptom

When launching an appraisal in Manager Self-Service (MSS) or Employee Self-Service (ESS), the appraisal header information is displayed but not the appraisal.
