1872650 - BRARCHIVE Fails When Oracle Redo Logs Already Backed up using RMAN

Symptom

You are using BRARCHIVE along with RMAN. One archive logs backup fail for some reason. For example, media failure.

The next backup, with BRARCHIVE using '-cds' option, gives the following error:

BR0278E Command output of 'SHELL=/bin/sh /oracle/BQ2/112_64/bin/rman nocatalog':

[....]

RMAN>

specification does not match any backup in the repository
