Symptom

The WebI Rich Client gets the following error when trying to open a WebI document in the CMS:
RepositoryFacadeImpl::getWIDocumentList : [repo_proxy 28] DocumentFacade::getDocumentList - assertion (SUCCEEDED (iObj->get_PluginInterface (CComBSTR ("ISWebi"), &ifactPtr))) failed at DocumentFacade.cpp:

The Launchpad Webi Client can open documents fine.
