1872879 - Web Intelligence charts display a red cross in BI 4.0

Symptom

  • Within WebI reports any Chart displays a "Red Cross" when the values in the Input Control are changed repeatedly.
  • Any Chart within the report body display a "Red Cross" and the error "An error occured during chart generation. The chart cannot be displayed" when the mouse is positioned on it.
  • This behivour is seen only in BI launchpad and not in WebI Rich Client.
