1873319 - Web Intelligence reports fail to open with 404 errors when using IE10 after upgrade to Enterprise XI 3.1 SP6

• After upgrading to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP6, Infoview users cannot open WebI reports on Internet Explorer 10
• In InfoView, when users click to view any WebI report, they get HTTP 404 Errors
• ERROR: "The Webpage cannot be found HTTP 404 Error
• Same error occurs when you right-click on the WebI report properties
• This issue only occurs with Infoview deployed on Weblogic 10.3.4 but the same workflow works for Infoview on Tomcat 7 server
• Tested with Compatibility view settings with no success
• The reports open without error on Firefox and Chrome browsers
• Generated HTTP Logs (using Fiddler), shows below error -
  Invalid path /AnalyticalReporting/webiview was requested
