SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1873724 - Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) 2.1.3 . Seeing error message in server log "Composite parent not found for parent virtual table" and cache is not updated.

Symptom

  • SUP 2.1.3 Cache DB is not being updated  after sync
  • This error is seen in the SUP Server log:

Environment

  • This issue occurred on Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.3 (but is not limited to this release)
  • Consuming a SAP BAPI that exposes multiple output structures.
  • These structures have a parent-child relationship.
  • The relationships are setup as Composite One-to-Many relationships.
