1873810 - After fresh installation / Patch update SIA and Tomcat is not getting started in BI 4.X

Symptom

  • After performing a fresh install or patch update on Windows Server, 'Server Intelligence Agent' (SIA) and 'Tomcat' is not getting started, it goes to stopped state as soon as we start it. 
  • In Windows Event viewer System logs we can see following error messages.

The Server Intelligence service terminated with service-specific error. The operation completed successfully.


Apache Tomcat service terminated with service-specific error. The operation completed successfully.
