Symptom

  • Single-Sign-On (SSO) to customized BI Launchpad Home page returns a blank screen
  • Manual authentication (WinAD, LDAP) to customized BI Launchpad Home page works fine
  • SSO works fine when using non customized BI Launchpad home page
  • In CMC > Sessions > CMS shows an active session, but BI LaunchPad cannot be accessed
  • Issue is restricted to Internet Explorer (IE) browser only
