Resolution
From SAP Solution Manager 7.1 it is not necessary anymore to manually adapt configuration files IntroscopeSapAgent.profile and IntroscopeAgent.profile for Introscope Host Adapter- and Byte Code Adapter setup.
The Managed systems configuration (step Configure Automatically → activities Introscope Host Adapter and Byte Code Adapter Installation) from transaction SOLMAN_SETUP takes care of this, in case you maintained the SAP Router as mentioned in attached guide 730_Diag_Agent_Setup_Guide.pdf to SAP note 1448655 at section SAP Router from page 24.
In case your Solution Manager version is lower than 7.1, please follow the instructions from the attached Diagnostics SAP router guide.
