Symptom

  • While Email Access Control (EAC) is set up, no device can receive email.
  • An error is received on the device, "Unable to access email server."
  • On the machine where the data handler is set up, no HTTPS.txt file is seen in <ApplicationDataPath>\XSISAPI.
