Application running a stored procedure every few minutes that accesses a proxy table on an Oracle dataserver is causing the following error:
Msg 11219, Level 17, State 2:
Server 'MyServer', Procedure 'TheProc', Line 85:
Cannot open a connection to site 'Rem_Oracle' because there are no free remote descriptors (RDES). Increase the configuration parameter for user connections and reboot the server.
