1875250 - Withholding Tax line is not appearing in the Accounting Document when posting an Invoice document using BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE or BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE1

Consider the following scenario:

• During the creation of an Invoice document in transaction code MIRO, when it is done the simulation of values or even when it posted the Invoice document, the Accounting Document (FI document) is showing the lines of the Withholding Taxes (WHT) according to the configuration in the Withholding Tax tab
  
  
• When it is used the Function Module BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE or BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE1, the Accounting Document does not have the lines related to the Withholding Taxes, even though it is filled in the structure WITHTAXDATA is filled in with information
