Symptom

You are using the Fiori App ID F0798 (Create Billing Documents) for Argentina Localization and it is noticed that the temporary billing documents (beginning with TMP*) are filling in the table J_1ACAE and they are appearing to be sent to ARCA (Argentina Tax Authority) in transaction code J1AMONITOR.
