SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1875275 - OpenDoc URL of BI 4.0 appended with Serialized Session fails in Internet Explorer 8.

Symptom

The JSP generates the serialized session using BOE Java SDK. This session is appended with OpenDoc URL to opens the report and the script shows error at line :

response.sendRedirect(openDocURL);

This scenario works with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox but not with Internet Explorer 8.
