Run server configuration backup wizard or backupcluster.bat script

Error:

The directory C:/Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/SAP
BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/Languages/ does not exist.
The directory C:/Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/SAP
BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/Languages/ does not exist.
LANGUAGEPACKSDIR is null or not a string value.
LANGUAGEPACKSDIR32 is null or not a string value.
Unable to find all directories for initialization.
