1875861 - 'Page not found' error when launching GP Tasks from UWL

• You have upgraded your Enterprise Portal (EP) to 730 or higher.
• When attempting to launch a Guided Procedures (GP) task from the Universal Worklist (UWL), you get a 'Page not found' error.
• The full error is:
  Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your Portal Administrator.
• If you go to Guided Procedures -> Runtime -> Tasks that require my action, the task will launch fine.
