1876238 - Round off feature does not work properly with dashboards.

Percentage Value for 0.55% is not rounding to 0.6% in Line chart in dashboard.

Dashboard 4.0 SP5

1. Create a line chart with the below Percentage values and enable Mouse over values and data labels in chart properties Appearance tab and set the Number format to Percentage with 1decimal point.
2. 2010 2011 2012
Sales 0.45% 0.55% 0.65%
3. Preview the chart and observe that 2011 value 0.55% not rounded to 0.6% and all other values are rounded to nearest value.
4. In excel apply the number format for the value 0.55% and it shows 0.6%. But in the chart it shows 0.5%.
