Symptom

When logging into DS Designer the following error can be seen:

ERROR: ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source<server_name>failed:<[Miscrosoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]
[SQLServer]login failed for user ‘username'.>.Notify Customer Support. (BODI-1112172)
