Symptom

  • Transport import queue (STMS_IMPORT) does not display the import single or import all icon (transport truck).
  • Import queue (STMS_IMPORT) > Extras > Other Requests > Add option is greyed out.
  • Import queue (STMS_IMPORT) > Request > Import option is greyed out.
