1877103 - Filter in page axis is not dynamic - BPC MS

Symptom

When defining a filter in page axis (for example define the filter 'ACCTYPE =INC' for Account dimension) and then closing the report; if a new member that has the filter property ('ACCTYPE =INC') is added to the dimension, it's not displayed automatically in the filter selection when re-opening the report.
