Symptom

Fields on the Crystal Report go beyond the design layout when you open the report from Enterprise on the Windows 7 machine.

Environment

  • Crystal Reports 2008
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2011

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Crystal Report from Windows XP machine.
  2. Publish it to Business Objects Enterprise.
  3. Open the same report on Windows 7 machine.
  4. Fields go beyond the design layout.

Resolution

  1. Open the Crystal Report.
  2. Check "No Printer" option from 'File' --> 'Page Setup'
