SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After installing Business Planning and Consolidation on the server, going out to BPC Web > Download Center and clicking on any of the links there to try to install generates this error:
"Parser Error Message: An error occurred loading a configuration file:
Failed to start monitoring changes to '\BPC\Websrvr\Web\BPC\installation\web.config' because access is denied."
