1877206 - InfoMaker is shutting down. The mandatory property file im115_sysam.properties is missing.

Symptom

  • InfoMaker was working on users machine.   After the machine was rebooted, the following error appears when InfoMaker is started:

Failed to initialize SySAM licensing

InfoMaker is shutting down.   The mandatory property file im115_sysam.properties is missing.

 

  • This issue could also happen in PowerBuilder.   The error message also would be:

PowerBuilder is shutting down.   The mandatory property files pb115_sysam.properties is missing.
