1877210 - Dashboard throws Error #1052 when viewed from BI Launchpad.

Symptom

  • When user's description contains multiple characters in different languages like Chinese or Japanese, refresh the dashboards in BI launch pad or CMC will cause Error #1052.
  • When user's description contain character "<", refresh the dashboards in BI launch pad or CMC will cause Error #1085.
