Symptom

On the Configuration and Monitoring Page, on opening the 'Message Monitoring' link, we see the following error:
 
    java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: getOvPeriods  at com.sap.aii.mdt.itsam.mbeans.pi.SAP_ITSAMXIAdapterMessageDataProviderWrapper.invoke(SAP_ITSAMXIAdapterMessageDataProviderWrapper.java:1007)
    Caused by: javax.management.ReflectionException: Cannot find the operation getOvPeriods in SAP_ITSAMXIAdapterMessageDataProvider
