1877882 - Renaming report tab in the Interactive viewer results in a "Error : An Internal error occurred while calling GetBlob API.(error:ERR_WIS_30270)" message

Symptom

In the Interactive viewer when renaming a WebIngelligence report tab, when the report contains a mandatory prompt and is set to "refresh on open", a "an internal error occurred while calling 'getBlob' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)” error appears.

The same workflow happens without a problem in the Java Report Panel and WebIntelligence Rich Client
