Symptom

  • User is creating a lower level WBS using BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI
  • WBS Status Profile in use has an Initial User Status that forbids 'Release'
  • Higher level WBS has Status 'Released'
  • User receives error message BS014: User Status & is active (&) when executing BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI
  • It is possible to create the same lower level WBS in Transaction CJ20N
