1878930 - Change of behaviour for Universe defined @Prompt with 'N' (numeric) type for non-numeric responses in SAP BI 4.x

Symptom

  • Invalid SQL is generated from use of @Prompt
  • SQL generated contains a '0' to the response of an @Prompt where the non-numeric response was provided.
  • Need to understand any issues associated with upgrading a Universe (.UNV) to BI4 that contains an @Prompt with 'N' (numeric type) for non-numeric responses.
  • Need to understand how to use @Prompt with 'N' (numeric type) for non numeric responses.
