1879039 - Stock posting not possible for material X and location Y

Symptom

The stock posted in the ECC system is not showing in the connected SCM system.
During the stock transfer to SCM, the message /SAPAPO/STOCK 003 appears with text "Stock posting not possible for material <mat> and location <loc>".
The delta report finds a stock discrepancy with error code 381.
