1879051 - "User does not have access" when selecting "Logging" option in BPC Management Console: BPC-MS

When logging in with a user with the required rights, the login fails and the user is presented with the message "User does not have access".

Accessing the "BPC" \ "Logging" data in the SAP Business and Planning Management Console requires explicitly logging in with a Username and Password.

This is required because viewing the logs requires database access rights that may not be granted to an Administrator user.

Requesting explicit login allows the user to select a different username with the required rights.
