Symptom

If we shut down primary ASE, Replication Server will show RepAgent as down:

2> admin who_is_down
3> go
Spid Name State Info

REP AGENT Down T8000PRI.db8000

When ethernet cable is unplugged from primary ASE, Replication Server still shows the RepAgent as running:
