1879301 - Task Assignment Criteria Tab And Add Row Button Not Enabled For The System Generated Task Folder

When you try to do the assignment for system generated logistics task folder, system does not display the Task Assignment Criteria tab and also it does not allow to add the employees under Registration tab as the Add Row button is not enabled there.

1. Go to the Warehousing and Logistics Master Data Work center.
2. Go to the Logistics Task Folder view.
3. In the Show field, select All Folders By Selection from the drop-down.
4. Search for the relevant Logistics Task Folder ID using Find option.
5. Select the Task Folder ID with certain Task Type say Production Task and Edit it.
6. You could see that there is no tab for Task Assignment Criteria available for the logistics task folder.
7. Now, go to the Registration tab, you find that the option Add Row is grayed out. 

As the Logistics Task Folder is the system generated folder (i.e. a DEFAULT folder) it does not include the Task Assignment Criteria tab in it; and for the same reason the Add Row button is not enabled in the Registration tab.

Note: Only when you explicitly create a Logistics Task Folder in the system, the above option will be available. You can create a Logistics Task Folder using the following steps:

1. Go to the Warehousing and Logistics Master Data Work center.
2. Go to the Logistics Task Folder view.
3. Select the New button.A window opens.
4. Under Logistics Task Folder Data section, then enter the Task Folder ID and select Task Type.
5. Under Organizational Data section, enter the required Site ID.
6. And then perform Save.

After creating the required task folder with task type, now you would be able to view Task Assignment Criteria Tab and Add Row button will be enabled under the Registration tab.This is an expected system behavior.
