1879322 - Relay Server may lose connectivity with Outbound Enablers logging a RSE3005 error.

Symptom

  1. There are multiple Relay Servers setup in the Relay Server farm
  2. The rs.config only contains one [relay_server] section which has the address pointing to a Load Balancer
  3. On Outbound Enabler (RSOE) startup or during channel renewal an RSE3005 error is logged

Below is an example of the [relay server] section

[relay_server]
enable          = yes
host            = LoadBalancer.domain.com
http_port       = 80
https_port      = 443
