Compiling the SQL Anywhere DBD Driver fails with with one or more of the following messages:

  • SQLAnywhere.xs(86) : error C2065: 'sv_yes' : undeclared identifier

  • SQLAnywhere.xs(86) : errorC2065: 'sv_no' : undeclared identifier

  • NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\BIN\cl.EXE"' : return code '0x2'
