1879725 - BW Query related Memory Dumps like TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY

Symptom

A BW Query terminates with a memory related dump (transaction ST22) on the ABAP application server. Possible examples:

  • TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY 
  • TSV_NEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
  • TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
  • STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET
  • TSV_TABH_NO_POOL_ROLL_MEMORY 
  • SYSTEM_NO_ROLL
  • TSV_TNEW_BLOCKS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY
  • In the frontend you might see one of the following errors:
    • JCO_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE
    • RFC call BICS_PROV_GET_RESULT_SET returned an exception: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: No more memory available to add rows to an internal table.
