1879866 - BI 4 : When setting report filter on a lower node of hierarchy (not the 1st level) then hierarchy cannot be expanded using the + sign in the report

Symptom

  • Cannot expand the hierarchy using the + sign within a WebIntelligence when filter has been set on level 2 hierarchy level.
  • A WebI-report with hierarchy, when used in Filter and a level in between is chosen to filter the data, the data is filtered accordingly however the expand + sign is no more useful and does not expand the hierarchy in the report now.
