1879914 - No Online transfer (BTE events) for changes at External Procurement Relationships

Symptom

  • When an External Procurement Relationship (Purchasing Info Record, Contract, or Scheduling Agreement) is changed or marked for deletion in ERP, these changes are not reflected immediately in the APO / PPDS.
  • When External Procurement Relationships are updated in ERP, these changes need to be synchronized to APO / PPDS.
